custom paper size error

Hi.When I try printing a custom paper size drawing Autocad 2004 lt hangs up and the plotters stops before reaching the end.What's up?

LT2004 is not supported in Win98: that means Autodesk and Encad will never
fix whatever you discover.

Perhaps your plotter or driver do not support a custom paper size? Is Encad
still around you can ask their support? I suspect they would state the same
as the top sentence on my post, so be ready.
