"Ask Me" tab in Help

I am currently using AutoCAD LT 2004, and am having trouble with the Help. The Ask Me tab doesn't work. When I type in my question or phrase and hit "ask", nothing happens. What do I need to do to get this feature operating.

I didn't see whether or not it was indeed necessary but it is tied to the
Search the Web feature.....are you by chance not online while you are/were
in Cad?

Hi Matt,
Yes, I am online while I am operating Cad. I've also noticed that the Help window no longer has the left-hand tabs for Contents, Index, Search...etc.

Is this a new thing on your machine or has it always been so?

I believe this is a new thing.

Sounds like something has corrupted, so the suggestion is something you don't want to hear - reinstall!!
