Importing TIFF Images

I was wondering if there is a way to import TIFF images into AutoCadLT 2004 or a way to convert images to a windows metafile. The only option that AutoCadLT 2004 allows me is a windows metafile. Or is there another way to import images other than the Import command. Thanks for your help.

LT does not import TIFF files as a core function from Autodesk.

If you have access to a DWG file with an Image attached to it (not an OLE),
you can then use IMAGE command in LT to replace that with a TIFF of your
choice.
