Microsoft Remote Desktop Client for Mac problems

I am trying to run AutoCAD LT 2004 on my Mac via Microsoft Remote Server Client for Mac. It works great except the mouse pointer doesn't work as it is set up in AutoCAD Options. Instead of the AutoCAD crosshair selection tool that I get on the PC, I have only the arrow selection tool on the Mac and even that doesn't work very well. As a result, drafting is pretty hopeless. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Don't run LT on a Mac.

Thanks for the advice. Are you implying there are versions of AutoCAD that will run better? Thanks.

Autodesk does not support an Apple platform for it's applications. That's
what I am implying: see your other post for better hardware and VPC options,
but it's still going to be slow and you will still be on a MAC.

There are plenty of other CAD programs that do run on Apple OS and hardware
however, try an internet search, remember to try before you buy.
